LEARN · THE PLAYBOOK

How we deliver digital change, written down.

CoreMethods™ is our ISO 9001-certified playbook. Below: the delivery principles and project phases behind every engagement, an introduction to the methods we use most, and field notes from active projects.
The Playbook

CoreMethods™, in a little more detail.

CoreMethods™ is our ISO 9001-certified methodology — a curated collection of the knowledge, experience and refined approaches we use to deliver digital change. It brings together best-practice methods across project management, agile delivery, software DevOps, IT architecture, design thinking and lean change management.

The Playbook is the framework that brings the right methods together in a structured way to deliver results for ourselves and our customers. It defines a consistent way of working — aligned to our quality standards — that applies to every project we are involved with, whether or not we own the outcome.

Our delivery principles

Four principles behind every engagement.

They guide what we deliver for our customers and keep us consistent with each other — and with them — on every project.

People + Design

We put the humans first. We believe empathy comes before technology. We design the right thing, for the best experience and the highest value.
02

Value + Pace

We get started quickly and generate momentum early. We are pragmatic and avoid waste, and we deliver things of value for our customers.
03

Accountable + Agile

We are accountable and do what we promise. We are flexible and adaptable to our customer's needs while being disciplined and structured.
04

Transparent + Engaging

We are open and transparent. We are engaging with our customers. We encourage feedback and work hard to build trusting relationships.
Project phases

An industry-standard set of phases, mapped to how we deliver.

Each phase has a specific objective and set of deliverables. Together they give project teams a systematic, controlled progression through the lifecycle.

PHASE 01
Initiation
Understand customer goals, define objectives and establish scope. We run feasibility studies and assess risks to set a solid foundation.
PHASE 02
Planning
Develop a comprehensive plan — timeline, resources and budget — with milestones, dependencies, deliverables and risks for effective control.
PHASE 03
Executing
Implement the plan with stakeholders. Monitor progress, manage resources and address challenges promptly to keep on track.
PHASE 04
Controlling
Monitor performance, track key metrics against plan, and proactively identify and mitigate risks so objectives are achieved.
PHASE 05
Closing
Review the project, document lessons learned and hand over deliverables for life-time support. Celebrate achievements.
