Sprint

A Sprint is a timeboxed period of time in which the project team will look to achieve a Sprint Goal. The Sprint Goal may be to complete a particular number of of User Stories. For our projects, a Sprint is two-weeks A Sprint proceeds immediately following the previous Sprint ; there is no downtime, planning, or preparation, that is contained in the Sprint.
