Service Blueprint
A structured and holistic human-centred design approach for the planning and organizing of the interaction and interoperability between the people, technology and processes required to deliver a service.
A Service Blueprint is a comprehensive visualization tool used in service design and process improvement. It provides a detailed map of a service, illustrating the sequence of events, processes, and interactions that occur from the perspective of both the service provider and the customer. The purpose of a service blueprint is to understand and analyze the complete service delivery process, identify inefficiencies, and improve overall customer experience.
